Planned Shutdowns due to of the Development of the e-vignette and the HU-GO Sales Systems

Due to the development works of the time-based vignette and the distance-based HU-GO toll payment systems,

-       the system may run slower every now and then, between 6:30 pm on 1 July 2016 and 8:30 am on 4 July 2016.

-       sales operations via the NTPS website at ematrica.nemzetiutdij.hu will not be available between 11:30 pm on 1 July 2016 and 2:00 am on 2 July 2016.

Slower operation and short periods of system unavailability due to these development works going live will be experienced only on a local level. Therefore, if road use authorization cannot be purchased at a POS, we recommend that motorists and freight forwarders stop by at another POS. For more information on retail locations, please visit the NTPS website at nemzetiutdij.hu.

If you can plan your travel ahead, we recommend you purchase your road use authorization in advance (before the scheduled maintenance works) over the Internet at ematrica.nemzetiutdij.hu or www.hu-go.hu, use our SMS service, our mobile app, visit our customer service offices or our authorized retail partners.

Please remember that you must already have a valid authorization when entering a toll section.

HU-GO customers who use on-board units (OBU) are not affected by the maintenance. However, they should make sure they have enough balance for the period specified above.
