NTPS Plc. is fully committed to preserving the health of its customers and employees. Accordingly, no more than one or two customers may be present at any given time inside its customer service offices (depending on the size of the office in question). Everyone inside the customer area – whether or not they have proof of vaccination – must wear a mask covering their mouth and nose, and must use the provided hand sanitizer after entering. We ask that our customers please make sure to keep a distance of at least 1.5 metres (5 feet) from others even when waiting in line. If possible, please come to the customer service office alone, and pay with your bank card or mobile phone instead of cash. Please do not visit the customer service office if you are feeling sick or feverish. NTPS Plc. regularly disinfects its customer service offices, in order to provide a safe administrative environment.
After NTPS Plc.’s customer service offices re-open from 19 April 2021, customers can continue to request the maximization of surcharges or payment in installments by email, according to the regular customer service administration procedures.
NTPS Plc. would like to call its customers’ attention to the fact that its customer service office located at the Szilas rest area by the M3 motorway (M3 motorway, 12 km, on the right side, Budapest outbound) will be open between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. every day, in order to facilitate greater flexibility in the administration process.
