Dear User, 

You can send your comments on the system to the electronic customer service of HU-GO ( If you wish to use this option, please provide the following data to expedite our response:

  • date and time of the event:
  • a brief but specific description of the event:
  • your customer ID:
  • your current account number (as a registered user):
  • route ticket number (for self-assessment based on a route ticket):
  • OBU registration number (for self-assessment based on an on-board unit):

Our colleagues will try to investigate your report as soon as possible and inform you about the changes.
