Temporary service outages to be expected due to planned system maintenance at OTP Bank ion 19 September 2016 between 02:00 a.m. and 06:00 a.m.
According to the information provided by OTP Bank, due to a planned system maintenance the payment function will be temporarily unavailable on the websites ematrica.nemzetiutdij.hu and www.hu-go.hu of the NTPS on 19 September 2016, Monday, in the early hours.
A complete shutdown is to be expected between 02:00 a.m. and 03:30 a.m. and temporary service outages between 03:30 a.m. and 06:00 a.m. In the relevant period it will temporarily not be possible to purchase an e-vignette or a HU-GO route ticket or to top up your balance online with a bank card. Therefore, please purchase your road use authorization in advance (before the maintenance) on the website ematrica.nemzetiutdij.hu or www.hu-go.hu, in our customer service offices or at our reseller partners.
Please remember that you must already have a valid authorization when entering a toll section. Our customers who use an on-board unit (OBU) are reminded to ensure that they also have a sufficient balance for the period determined above.
