Temporary changes to the opening hours of NTPS Plc’s customer service office at the Szilas rest area

Pursuant to Government Decree 484/2020 (10 November), effective as of 11 November 2020, the customer service office of the National Toll Payment Services (NTP) Plc. located at the Szilas rest area by the M3 motorway (M3 motorway, 12 km, on the right side, Budapest outbound) will be open between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. every day.

Opening hours at the company’s other customer service offices will remain unchanged.

NTPS Plc. recommends that its customers use ematrica.nemzetiutdij.hu and hu-go.hu for their e-vignette purchases and e-toll payments, respectively.

Our Call Centre is available as customary, during the normal time periods; our operators receive telephone calls in Hungarian around the clock every day, in English from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day, and in German from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on business days at +36 (36) 587-500.
