Planned shutdowns because of the development of the HU-GO sales system

Due to the development works of the HU-GO e-toll sales system of the National Toll Payment Services Plc, the system may run slower or temporarily shut down between 17 June 2016, 6:00 pm and 19 June 2016, 04:00 am.

Due to the development works of the HU-GO distance-based toll payment system,

-       the system may run slower every now and then, between 17 June 2016, 6:00 pm and 18 June 2016, 11:59 pm.

-       On 18 June 2016, between 10:00 pm and 11:59 pm, the sale of e-toll will be temporarily down at NTPS points of sale at the border (Rajka and Hegyeshalom) and at the customer service at M3 12 km. During this period, you can purchase road use authorization at reseller points of sale through the internet on www.hu-go.hu, or through the mobile app.

-       On 19 June 2016, between 00:00 and 02:00 am, sales will be down through all sales channels. During this period, you will not be able to purchase HU-GO route tickets or top up your HU-GO balance through any of the sales channels.

-       On 19 June 2016, between 02:00 am and 04:00 am, sales channels will be restored intermittently.

This is to inform you that during the periods specified above, there will be limited or no opportunity to purchase HU-GO route tickets or top up your balance, so please purchase your road use authorization in advance (before the maintenance) at the www.hu-go.hu website, at our customer service offices or at our resellers. Please remember that you must already have a valid authorization when entering a toll section. Customers who use on-board units (OBU) are not affected by the maintenance. However, they should make sure they have enough balance for the period specified above. The maintenance does not affect the e-vignette sales system.

Please take the above information into account when planning your trips. Thank you for your understanding.
